If you see this error, it most definitely means that the password you have entered in Touchpad Pro does not match the password you entered in your VNC server. To fix this:
- For Windows users, double click the TightVNC statusbar icon, and enter a new password in the Primary password field. Enter this password in your server settings in Touchpad Pro.
- For Mac users, get to the password option for your VNC server and enter a new password there. Enter this password in your server settings in Touchpad Pro.
- Connect! In 90% of the cases, this is enough to fix the problem.
