If you've connected successfully, but are not able to move the mouse or control the keyboard, here's what you need to do:
- If you're running Windows, double click the TightVNC icon in the status bar. Make sure that none of the "Block remote input" options are selected.
- If that doesn't work, you're probably connecting using your View-only password. Delete your View-only password, and re-write your Primary password in the TightVNC settings window. Then connect and you should be able to control the mouse and keyboard.
