Touchpad Pro > Setup > Troubleshoot Black Screen

If you've connected successfully, but are only able to see a black screen, here's what you need to do:

  1. Make sure you've activated your copy of Touchpad Pro

  2. In Touchpad Pro, tap the blue icon next to your server name, this will bring up the Edit Server window. Here, make sure that ScreenView is set to either On or Hi-Def

  3. If you're running Windows Vista, you need to disable Aero visual effects.

  4. If you're running Mac OSX 10.4 (Tiger), make sure you've disabled Apple Remote Desktop, and then install Vine Server
